Staying current as an ACLS provider requires routine recertification every two years. This one-day intensive refresher program covers what you need to know to pass the test, including the latest changes in the American Heart Association’s guidelines. Participants will review acute cardiac care, pathophysiology, treatment modalities and pharmacology.
If you successfully complete the course you can earn 8 hours of Instructor lead CEU credit and an AHA ACLS provider card good for two years.
Course requires one classroom day of approximately 7 hours. Providers who are extremely familiar with the material may be finished sooner. Cost is $150. Book is optional. It is an additional $40 if you’d like to purchase it.
Students are required to bring a current ACLS Provider card with them to class.
