Our AEMTÂ course includes a mixture of practical and lecture-based instruction. Students will be required to demonstrate competence in practical skills as well as on written examinations. In addition, each student will complete clinical rotations in an emergency department and on an ambulance.
Students who successfully complete all course requirements will be eligible to take the National Registry certification exam for Advanced EMT
You are registering for the upcoming course with the dates listed above. This course meets Tuesday and Thursdays evenings from 6:00pm – 10:00pm and every other Saturday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Prerequisite: YOU MUST BE A CURRENT TEXAS LICENSED EMT or in the process of obtaining it so you have it prior to clinical rotations.
